Prior to getting involved in real estate I spent several years in both broadcasting and law. Just click on the photo of that grey haired guy in the photo (or go to malcolm-tv.com) for some really ancient photos of my Broadcasting career. I told you this was supposed to be fun!
I moved to Palm Beach in 1991 for one primary reason...the beautiful beaches, the amazingly blue Ocean, the palm trees, and the beautiful year-round sunshine. I guess that's more than one reason. But you get the point. Palm Beach truly is a tropical paradise.
I have over 25 year experience as a real estate professional, including real estate law, brokerage, investing, consulting, management, 1031-Exchanges, development, and syndication of both residential and commercial real estate in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Florida.
My original interest in real estate stemmed from my appreciation for the architecture, the design and the history of houses and buildings. And, Palm Beach has some of the most beautiful and interesting architecture in the world.
Prior to joining Earl A. Hollis, Inc. Real Estate I had my own Palm Beach brokerage focusing on investment real estate. I joined Earl Hollis when I decided to add residential real estate to my repertoire; I wanted to work with the "dean" of Palm Beach real estate. By the way, Earl has been a real estate broker in Palm Beach since 1956! No one knows more about Palm Beach real estate than Earl Hollis.
My "mission" is to make it as easy as possible for you to find your Florida home or investment property and to make it a fun and rewarding experience. I'm here to help you find your dream home, negotiate the deal, arrange financing if needed, and make sure your closing goes smoothly. It's all about attention to detail...my forte. I can also help out of country Buyers and Sellers navigate the rules of international real estate ownership.
