Wellington ~ Royal Palm Beach
WELLINGTON Wellington was originally the world's largest strawberry patch, the Flying Cow Ranch, and Flying Cow Ranch Road still exists as a reminder of Wellington's past. Today Wellington is a planned unit development (PUD) village of approximately 60,000 people. Wellington is world-famous for equestrian and polo events, is home of the Polo Museum & Hall of Fame, and holds the largest horse show in the world each January. ROYAL PALM BEACH
Royal Palm Beach is a western suburb of Palm Beach County and is located approximately 15 minutes due west of downtown West Palm Beach. Royal Palm Beach is primarily a residential community that was incorporated in 1959. The town has been named Tree City USA by the National Arbor Day Foundation since 1990, and the entire area within the village limits is designated as a bird sanctuary.
